Beautiful! Touching and funny. As if one is flying all over the earth, catching fragments of different kinds of singing from different places and people, while recognizing the same tune everywhere.
True, there are zillions of ways to sing and play Auld Lang Syne, as there are zillions of ways to celebrate, zillions of ways to show our love and zillions of ways to offer to those in need.
If people could just find a way to meld their differences and achieve universal understanding, what a blessed New Year this would be!
